Supervising and coordinating joinery teams managing and scheduling the activities of joiner and other education staff, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedule
Overseeing the entire production cycle, from material preparation to final product finishing, ensuring adherence to production schedules
Implementing and maintaining quality control measures throughout the production process to meet production targets
Identifying and resolving production related issues such as shortages, equipment malfunctions and or process bottlenecks
Estimating material requirement for projects and ensuring their timely availability
Ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of carpentry machine and tools to optimize performance
Promoting a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and procedures
Ensuring compliance with relevant safety and industry regulations
Skills & Qualification
Vocational course, graduate, TESDA graduate, or at least high school graduate
At least 5 years experience handling Joinery production
Knowledge in Beam Saw, Edge Bander, Multi Boring Machine and other tools operation
