Job Summary

  • This role shall directly support the Operations Support Head and act as an alternate on the timely review and approval of client onboarding and account maintenance, daily investment transactions and other post transactions related request. This role shall also act as backup analyst when volume warrants ensuring smooth and timely completion of transactions

How will you contribute

  • Primarily responsible on the proper and timely review and approval of client onboarding and account maintenance requests, daily investment transactions and other related request of WMG client, ensuring that required information is correctly captured in the Wealth's Management System and that required supporting documents are completed prior approval.
  • Supports the Operations Support Head on the day to day operations and ensures smooth running of operations which shall include:
  • a. Monitoring and timely closure of findings identified during reconciliation
  • b. Monitoring of regular SOA delivery to Wealth clients
  • c. Coordination with Third Party Service Providers handling Wealth's Management Statement of Accounts
  • Act as backup analyst when volume warrants to ensuring smooth and timely completion of transactions
  • Keeps abreast of updates on the Bank and the BSP policies as stipulated in the Anti Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program (MLPP) through circulars, required seminars, and adheres to the said policies.
  • Ensure appropriate usage of the Department's physical, financial, and other resources.

What will make you successful

  • Graduate of a 4-year business course
  • Extensive knowledge of the Bank's operations, products, and services.
  • At least 3 to 5 years in financial services
