Wireless Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and supervise swap-out existing bands/technologies, including midnight services customers, with minimal service impact.
• Provide on-site engineering support for new wireless RAN sites.
• Oversea installation of RRU, antennas, BBU, and supporting equipment RAN projects.
• Perform installation quality checks and ensure compliance with approved design and vendor standards.
• Support commissioning, integration, troubleshooting, and on-air activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams: provide timely site progress updates.
• Works closely with NOC and site access and service order permitting teams for proper coordination on-site activities.

Qualification:

• Experience or strong knowledge with the vendor's RAN equipment.
• Familiar with wireless swap-out and new site deployment workflows.
• Willing and able to work overtime or midnight shifts for service customer schedules.
• With at least has Globe Telecom Project
• Able to work independently across multiple sites.
