Wireless Project Manager (Ericsson OEM Equipment Exp) - Onsite | Night Shift (A-MT)

Work Details:

• Onsite | Bridgetowne, QC
• Monday to Friday | Night Shift | 11 PM to 8 AM Manila Time
• Will follow US Holidays

Responsibilities

As aWirelessProject Manager, you are responsible for directing in-house crews and subcontractors. Also, they work directly with customers and are involved in bidding and billing projects. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge.

In addition, you will:

• Manage and lead internal and external project teams to ensure on-budget and on-schedule delivery.
• Report and communicate to the external customer(s) and internal management each day.
• Build processes and teams required to deliver all project requirements.
• Coordinate with the Project Construction Lead for timing, execution, and closeout of individual projects.
• Lead weekly meetings with the client and project team.
• Send crews to projects and direct them on the overall tasks needed to be completed.
• Ensure the crew has the correct equipment needed for the project.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Qualifications

About You:

• Must have wireless telecom construction experience
• You have4-6 years ofwireless constructionproject experience
• Must have experience with Ericsson OEM equipment
• Experience with material planning and ordering
• Safety is a part of your day to day
• You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
• You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
• You are looking for long-term projects
• You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• You haveadvanced experiencewithMicrosoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate experience in schedule management.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to identify and distinguish colors.
• Able to read blueprints accurately.
• Able to communicate progress, highlight issues, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
