Job Title: Network Engineer (Aruba Specialist)

Location:Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cyber gate Tower 1

Work Schedule: Hybrid, 2x per week RTO

Position Type:6 Months Contract

Shift Schedule: 7PM-5AM (Night Shift)

Job Description:

Aruba Wireless Subject Matter Expert (SME)

. Network Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve wireless network issues, ensuring optimal performance and security.

. Wireless Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security policies, including 802.1X authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), and guest network configurations.

. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to operational teams.

. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership to support business objectives and ensure seamless wireless connectivity.

. Performance Monitoring: Utilize Aruba tools like Aruba Central for proactive monitoring and analytics.

. Deep understanding of Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), RF fundamentals, and wireless security protocols.

. Strong knowledge of VLANs, QoS, routing, and switching.
