WE'RE HIRING: A1 Telecom Network Operations Engineer

Location: Valero, Makati (Onsite)

Schedule: Rotating 3-Shift Setup | 18/7 Telecom Operations Environment

We are seeking an experienced telecom professional with a strong background in wireless broadband operations, network monitoring, and incident management to join our growing operations team as an A1 Telecom Network Operations Engineer.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor telecom network performance, alarms, and incidents

• Perform first-level troubleshooting, issue isolation, resolution, and escalation

• Handle service requests and incident tickets within SLA targets

• Coordinate with NOC teams, field engineers, and vendors for issue resolution

• Support root cause analysis and continuous service improvement initiatives

• Follow ITIL-based incident and service management processes

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in Telecom NOC, Network Operations, or Service Desk environments

• Strong knowledge of wireless technologies (4G/5G)

• Understanding of telecom network flow, capacity, and performance concepts

• Experience with telecom platforms such as Nokia, Huawei, and ZTE

• Hands-on exposure to telecom tools such as PRS, U2020, or similar systems

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in broadband, FTTH, DSL, or OSP operations

• Familiarity with telecom KPIs, RX levels, and wireline network troubleshooting

• Recent telecom operations experience (2023 onwards)
