Windows System Administrator

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows System Administrator to join our team in Japan. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Windows Server environments and ensuring system reliability and security.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems
• Implement security measures and monitor for security breaches
• Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures
• Collaborate with other IT teams to support various projects and initiatives

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Windows System Administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Understanding of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP)
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
