Windows Server Administrator

ROC Manila – Windows Admin Support Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• At least two (2-3) years of extensive experience on windows administration and incident management
• Manage File Services.
• Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity planning.
• Perform system patching, upgrades, and security hardening.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
• Configure and support virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Monitor system logs and proactively resolve incidents.
• Support Microsoft services including IIS, WSUS, and Print Services.
• Maintain server documentation, standard operating procedures, and asset records.
• Collaborate with security, network, and application teams to ensure infrastructure stability.
• Infrastructure support, patching, troubleshooting, security management, and automation.

Technical Skills

• Windows Server Administration (2012/2016/2019/2022)
• Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP
• PowerShell scripting
• VMware vSphere or Hyper-V
• Windows Clustering and Failover Services
• Server Monitoring Tools
