Windows OS Administrator 1

1. Job Summary

Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and securing Windows servers to ensure stable and reliable IT operations within the Cloud and Data Center environment.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain Windows servers and related systems.
• Review operational data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate technical records.
• Identify and resolve potential technical issues to minimize service disruptions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and complete infrastructure tasks.
• Support team projects, system improvements, and operational activities.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Protect company assets, systems, and confidential information.
• Escalate complex issues and provide recommendations to the team lead or supervisor.

3. Key Working Relationships

Internal: Wintel Team Lead, Cloud and Data Center teams, and other internal teams.

External: Customers and their representatives.

4. Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Windows OS administration or a related IT field.
• Knowledge of Windows server operations, troubleshooting, and security.
• Ability to analyze technical issues and recommend solutions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• Ability to follow established procedures and escalate issues when necessary.
