Responsibilities:
- 3rd level support
- Technical reporting
- Creation of technical and operational management documentation
- Working with incident, request, problem and change management processes in line with organizational processes (ITIL)
- Knowledge of SQL queries
- Strong Coordinating skills to collect and develop IT Tools to standardize, optimize and automate tasks
- Support and administration of CA infrastructure
- Perform day-to-day operation of technical components, to continuously meet agreed service levels
- Ensuring the 24x7 availability of all client systems
- Carry out Infrastructure monitoring that performs reactive/proactive response to indications of possible degradation or total disruption of an IT service
- Create documentation for infrastructure related procedures and processes
- Take part for the implementation of IT policies and procedures including implementation of structured methods such as Incident Management, Problem management, Change Management etc.
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor degree or higher, and at least 3 years solid experience in system administration such as Microsoft based systems and/or network operations, preferably in a service oriented environment
- Excellent documentation, communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, and must be able to communicate effectively and work with all levels of the organization
- Knowledgeable in TCP/IP suite; Network (WAN/LAN/WLAN), VPN, RDP, and Internet services (HTTP, DNS, DHCP, FTP and SMTP)
- Experience in supporting large-scale/global sites from remote location, preferably in an IT Shared Service or Operations/Command Center environments
- Basic to Advance IT administration and troubleshooting skills, generally in Microsoft environments (Exchange, Sharepoint, SQL, SCOM, OCS, MS Applications, etc.)
- General knowledge/skills in various IT Technologies: VMWare, Cisco Systems, TSM Backup, etc.
- Basic to Advance knowledge on network, Server and Infrastructure
- Familiarity with Ticket Management tools (e.g., HP Service Desk, CA Service Desk, Remedy, etc.)
- Familiarity with infrastructure Monitoring tools (e.g., HP Openview, CA Spectrum, etc.)
- Best-in-class customer service skills
- Can create short scripts to automate any routine work
- Willing to work on shifts

Work Schedule
Employees will be expected to adhere to a flexible hybrid work schedule, with a required presence in the office for 2 days per week, allowing for customization of work hours within a specified morning or mid-shift time frame.
