As a Windows Administrator Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure within our Managed Services practice. Your work will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and enhancing process efficiency to support clients in streamlining operations and reducing costs. You will leverage your skills in project management and technology to deliver quality services and drive continuous improvement.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills. Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing IT infrastructure managed services to enhance client operations
- Leading the transition and execution of managed services projects, confirming timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Utilizing project management skills to oversee delivery teams and manage performance and delivery risks
- Implementing continuous process improvement strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs
- Designing and developing automation frameworks to improve service efficiency and effectiveness
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Analyzing complex data to inform insights and recommendations for service enhancements
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and independence requirements
- Mentoring junior team members to foster skill development and professional growth

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
