About the Program
The Whitecloak Launchpad Program is a highly competitive, fast-track opportunity designed for high-potential fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to accelerate their careers in tech.
This is not a traditional training program. It is a self-starter program where candidates are challenged through real-world scenarios that simulate actual product development environments.
Participants will go through three (3) paid elimination rounds, with top performers earning a full-time role at Whitecloak.
Tracks Available
- Software Engineer Track: For candidates interested in building scalable applications and working with modern web technologies.
- Product Manager Track: For candidates interested in product strategy, requirement design, and leading cross-functional teams.
What to Expect:
- Candidates will undergo three (3) paid qualification rounds for candidates who meet minimum requirements
- Hands-on experience working on real-world applications and systems
- Exposure to end-to-end product development
- Opportunities to collaborate across engineering and product roles
- A competitive environment designed to surface top talent
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or graduating students (career shifters are welcome)
- Experience in end-to-end software development (familiarity with Next.js / React and Nest.js / Node.js is preferred)
- A do what it takes mindset - adaptable, resourceful, and proactive.
- Passion for learning and staying on the cutting edge of emerging technologies.
- Willingness to learn independently and solve problems proactively
- Willing to report onsite for 2 weeks during the final stage
- Available to start full-time by June 2026
You'll have an edge if you have:
- Experience participating in hackathons or similar competitions.
- Exposure to agile development practices.
