We are seeking a skilled WFS/Techno Functional Consultant L2 to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and functional expertise in Workforce Management Solutions, enabling them to bridge the gap between client requirements and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to Workforce Management Solutions (WFS).
• Implement and customize WFS solutions to meet client needs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide techno-functional support for WFS applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of WFS tools and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WFS applications and provide ongoing support to clients.
• Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-10 years of experience in Workforce Management Solutions (WFS) or related fields.
• Strong understanding of WFS concepts and technologies.
• Proficient in business analysis and requirement gathering techniques.
• Experience with configuration and customization of WFS applications.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management systems for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
