WFM Team Lead | Davao | Onsite

Are you an experienced Workforce Management professional ready to step into a leadership role

We're hiring a WFM Team Lead for a reputable BPO client based in Davao City. This is an onsite, shifting schedule role.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the WFM team across RTA, scheduling, and forecasting
• Partner with Operations to align workforce strategies with business goals
• Analyze trends and drive continuous process improvements
• Coach team members and manage performance

What You Need

• 2–3 years WFM experience in a BPO setting
• At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end WFM functions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills

Salary: ₱35,000 Location: Davao City (Onsite) Setup: Shifting schedule
