Qualifications:

• at least 6 months call center experience handling a Healthcare account.
• with an active PHRN license
• knowledge in utilization management, prior authorization and InterQual is a plus
• familiarity in payer portals (UHC, HUMANA, Availity, Molina, Centene etc)
• good communication skills
• typing skills at least 40-50 WPM
• willing to work in a night shift schedule.
