WFH Urgent: Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Lead Research: Identify potential RIMAN customers and business partners (salon owners, spas, estheticians, boutiques, wellness centers); maintain structured daily contact lists
• Outbound Outreach & Appointment Setting: Conduct outreach via phone calls, email, and social media (IG, LinkedIn, FB) to introduce K-beauty products, build relationships, and schedule product demos and appointments
• CRM & Event Research: Update leads, outreach activities, and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM; research local pop-ups, spa events, and vendor opportunities to showcase products
• Marketing Support & Reporting: Assist in drafting ads and promotional materials (such as local newspaper ads); track lead generation metrics and submit regular progress reports

Required Experience & Proficiency:

• Phone Handling & Cold Outreach: Proven experience with outbound phone calling and lead generation in a corporate setup or as a VA (Required)
• Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to engage and build partnerships with salon owners, spa professionals, estheticians, and retail business owners
• Multi-Channel Prospecting: Experience conducting cold email outreach, phone calls, and social media prospecting
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities
