WFH Team Leader | Electrical Engineering Background Required

Key Responsibilites:

• Promote and uphold ClearSource's Core Values.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and coaching sessions with team members.
• Monitor daily performance, productivity, attendance, quality, and other KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate improvement plans.
• Conduct weekly team meetings to review results, address issues, and recognize strong performance.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication of company updates and processes.
• Maintain accurate performance reports and documentation.
• Support employee development, engagement, and career goals.
• Attend required meetings, calibrations, and training sessions.
• Review and update team members role definitions quarterly.
• Ensure team compliance with operational policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Electrical Engineer with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Solar industry/technical experience required.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and support operational goals.
