Role and Responsibilities:
- Design Excellence:
- Transform design intent into meticulous Construction Drawings, refining concepts into constructible parts and details
- Leverage advanced Revit skills to create comprehensive architectural models, drawings, and documentation that ensure accuracy in construction processes
- Collaborative Excellence:
- Partner with esteemed US-based architectural firms to contribute to diverse projects that push creative boundaries
- Manage the end-to-end architectural process, bridging the gap from conceptualization to design execution
- Communication and Coordination:
- Provide detailed documentation, redlining, and seamless coordination with design teams and clients
- Engage in effective communication with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients
- Compliance and Expertise:
- Stay updated on industry codes, regulations, and best practices, ensuring designs adhere to legal standards
- Conduct in-depth research to validate project information and mitigate potential risks

Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 8 years extensive experience in architectural design, excluding apprenticeship experience
- Proficiency in Revit software with a strong portfolio showcasing complex architectural models and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creating ingenious design solutions within technical and budgetary limitations
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, effectively engaging with multidisciplinary teams and clients
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards for commercial construction
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet project deadlines
- Professional architect licensure
- Ability to work efficiently and independently within US business hours
- A reliable home office setup meeting necessary specifications
Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous but Not Required):
- Experience with ArchiCAD, BIM360, SketchUp, VRay, BlueBeam, Grasshopper, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Lumion 3D Rendering
