Position Summary:

Digbi Health is looking for a customer-focused professional who excels in voice-based customer support and has a foundational understanding of health, biology, or nutrition. This role is primarily focused on resolving customer queries, managing support tickets, and ensuring a seamless member experience, with wellness-related guidance provided within defined protocols.

The ideal candidate combines strong customer service skills with empathy and an interest in health and wellness

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve customer queries across voice, email, and chat channels within defined SLAs
  • Manage, track, and close customer support tickets using CRM/helpdesk tools
  • Assist customers with platform navigation, account issues, and program-related questions
  • Provide basic wellness and lifestyle guidance aligned with Digbi Health's programs and SOPs
  • Reinforce guidance shared by nutritionists or care teams (non-clinical)
  • Identify customer needs and escalate clinical or complex issues to appropriate teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in customer support or customer service, preferably in a voice-based role
  • Background or coursework in Biology, Nutrition, Health Sciences, Psychology, or Wellness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer empathy and problem-solving ability
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment. 
  • Experience in healthtech, wellness, or healthcare support roles
  • Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools (Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom, etc.
