Qualifications

• BS Nursing graduate with an active PHRN license
• Strong first aid and emergency response skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented in managing health records
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• First Aid, BLS, and OSH certifications are an advantage
• Willing to work onsite in Dumaguete
  
  

What You'll Do

• Provide basic healthcare, first aid, and medical assistance
• Monitor employee health and wellness
• Coordinate annual physical exams and medical activities
• Conduct wellness programs and health awareness sessions
• Maintain confidential employee health records
• Support workplace health and safety initiatives
