You will work closely with HR and Directors to deliver wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and strategic culture-building efforts that strengthen our employee experience.

What You'll Do:
- Provide confidential counselling and create a safe space for employees.
- Support staff in managing stress, burnout, and work-life balance.
- Design and deliver wellness programs, workshops, and toolkits in partnership with HR and Directors.
- Offer psychological insights to strengthen recognition, engagement, and inclusivity.
- Contribute to building a culture of trust, openness, and resilience across the organization.
Who You Are:
- Licensed Psychologist, Counsellor, or equivalent professional certification.
- Strong background in counselling, coaching, and mental health support.
- Experienced in facilitating workshops, training, or group sessions.
- Skilled in maintaining confidentiality and building trust.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about workplace wellness and culture-building.
