Conduct on-site welding inspection and quality assessment of structural and mechanical works.
Perform quality control and quality assurance of welding activities in fabrication shops, project sites, and third-party facilities.
Inspect and monitor welding works to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
Provide technical support to Operations and other concerned teams in assessing critical welding activities and resolving welding-related quality concerns.
Supervise and provide technical guidance on projects requiring specialized welding expertise, including piping and other critical applications.
Monitor and ensure the quality of welding works for both in-house and external projects, as required.
Provide technical assistance and support to other company projects or facilities involving critical welding activities.
Conduct or assist in the development and delivery of basic welding-related training and knowledge-sharing activities, when required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must possess strong organizational and problem solving skills.
Background in Cement Industry is plus.
Willing to be relocated to Bulacan (board and lodging provided).
