Weekend Dispatcher - Logistics

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher with previous experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch operations to support our U.S.-based client during weekend shifts. This role involves coordinating daily dispatch activities, monitoring schedules, communicating with drivers and logistics teams, and ensuring smooth operations during U.S. overnight hours.

Important Schedule Information

This is a weekend-only position covering U.S. overnight operations. Candidates will work during daytime hours in the Philippines and must be available to commit to the required weekend schedule.

Salary: USD 800 monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor dispatch operations, ensuring timely pickups, deliveries, and schedule updates.
• Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve operational issues.
• Track shipments, routes, and delivery schedules to ensure efficient logistics operations.
• Handle last-minute changes, delays, and urgent dispatch requests.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Support smooth communication and coordination throughout weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or a similar role is required.
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays during Philippine daytime hours.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent requests, and work independently.
• Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, or logistics management tools is preferred.
