Global Pacific Support is partnering with one of our clients to engage a qualified Website Support Specialist to address website downtime and functionality issues. The role requires a hands-on professional capable of quickly diagnosing problems and restoring stable website operations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in website support, maintenance, and recovery
  • Strong understanding of web hosting environments and common website issues
  • Ability to work independently and meet established timelines
  • Excellent technical and communication skills

Desirable Experience

  • Hands-on experience with WordPress
  • Familiarity with Wix website platforms
  • Experience with server management and hosting providers
  • Ability to start immediately is an advantage
