Ikigai Cases is hiring for an E-commerce Store and Website Manager
Location: Remote
Compensation: $1800 per month + performance-based bonuses
About the Company
Ikigai Cases (www.ikigaicases.com) is a family-owned e-commerce business selling premium metal pill cases. Founded in December 2021, the business has been operated by two brothers from Washington, DC since then. After four years, the company has grown to selling thousands of pill cases every month and double-digit team members, including a thriving remote team.
Our mission is simple: to make exceptional pill cases and provide exceptional customer service. We uphold this commitment by managing our fulfillment operations in-house and offering white-glove service to our customers.
We are looking to hire an E-commerce Store and Website Manager to join our growing remote team.
About You

- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
- You take pride in your work and are proactive, anticipating the needs of the company and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily management and performance of our Website and Shopify store.
- Maintain and update product listings, inventory, pricing, and shipping settings.
- Setup all assets in Shopify for new item releases and promotional sale periods
- Make basic website edits using the Shopify theme editor (excluding coding) and escalate higher level coding tasks to the in-team developer.
- Collaborate with and manage 3rd-party developers to implement technical changes or customizations.
- Set up and manage A/B testing experiments using Intelligems to optimize store performance.
- Ensure the site is fully functional, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals
- Monitor, analyze and report on store performance regarding customer experience, satisfaction, sales and other metrics.
- Create, maintain and submit store logs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website-related issues promptly.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across the site.
Required Experience & Skills Experience
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce working for a brand directly and/or digital marketing agencies working on an e-commerce brand's account.
- Strong familiarity with Shopify store operations and admin tools.
- Hands-on experience managing website content and basic theme customization (excluding coding)
- Proven ability to manage external Shopify Developers
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes.
- Must be based outside the United States.
Preferred Experiences
- Experience running A/B tests using platforms such as Intelligems.
- Experience using page builders (Replo preferred) in addition to Shopify Theme Editor
- Proven experience in merchandise planning, pricing strategies, and inventory management for an online store.
Communication & English Proficiency
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners via email.
- Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback.
Compensation Details
- Compensation: $1800 per month + performance-based bonuses
- Work Hours: 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday Business Hours, EST
- Paid Holidays: 10 paid holidays per year
- PTO: 1 week earned for every 6 months worked at the company
