Responsibilities
- Assist with optimizing website performance, including improving loading times and responsiveness.
- Support the team in developing and maintaining WordPress-based websites.
- Implement HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code changes for design and functionality improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end website issues.
- Assist in optimizing WordPress themes and plugins for better performance and security.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of responsive websites that function well across all devices.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the site meets SEO, performance, and accessibility standards.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in web development with familiarity in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress.
- Experience with website performance optimization techniques (e.g., caching, image compression, minification).
- Basic Understanding of WordPress theme and plugin development.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization techniques is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
