Digital Marketing Team Leader

Full-Time | Remote (Philippines-based)

Doneverse (formerly Outsourced Doers) is a fast-growing global company connecting entrepreneurs with highly trained Digital Marketing Virtual Assistants. We're expanding our Digital Marketing Department and looking for a strong, performance-driven Team Leader who knows how to develop talent, uphold quality, and drive results.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Team Leader is responsible for managing, coaching, and driving the performance of a team of Digital Marketing Specialists. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience and technical expertise in website/funnel building or social media management.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead a team of Digital Marketing Specialists to hit KPIs and output standards.
  • Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and corrective action when needed.
  • Monitor daily productivity, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and excellence.

Digital Marketing Expertise

  • Provide technical and strategic guidance in either website/funnel building or social media.
  • Oversee quality of digital deliverables and ensure client alignment.
  • Troubleshoot issues and support team members on technical or creative challenges.

Workflow Management

  • Assign tasks and manage team capacity.
  • Improve workflows, SOPs, and internal processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery through project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.).

Client & Stakeholder Support

  • Act as an escalation point for concerns requiring leadership involvement.
  • Ensure client requests are executed accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth workflow.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • 12+ years of people leadership/supervision.
  • Strong expertise in website/funnel buildingorsocial media strategy & analytics.
  • Clear understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Highly organized and skilled in managing multiple deadlines.
  • Solution-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
