About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Web-to-Print Support Specialist to join our Creative Services team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building, maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting web-to-print websites to ensure they perform seamlessly and provide an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize web-to-print websites for performance, usability, and responsiveness.
- Perform routine website updates and enhancements to ensure platforms remain current and functional.
- Troubleshoot website issues, including functionality, display, and performance concerns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support related to web-to-print platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Document troubleshooting processes and resolutions for future reference.
- Conduct quality assurance testing for new features, updates, and system integrations.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact after updates.
- Identify bugs, usability concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with design and development teams to enhance user interface (UI) and user experience (UX)
Qualifications
- Experience supporting, maintaining, or administering websites or web-based platforms.
- Familiarity with website builder or e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design software.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design is an advantage but not required.
