Monthly Salary: 90,000 to 120,000 PHP
This is a full-time remote position with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m to 5 p.m. Sydney, Australia Time (7 a.m to 3 p.m Philippine Standard Time).
Overview:
We're looking for a Web & Digital Project Manager to take ownership of website design, development, and content delivery.
This role is critical in improving quality, reducing client revisions, and ensuring all work is client-ready before reaching our Client Success team — ultimately freeing up leadership time and supporting scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end website design and development projects
- Coordinate across design, content, and development teams
- Review and refine design and content quality before client delivery
- Operate and optimise AI tools and automations for web and content workflows
- Improve processes to reduce delays, rework, and client complaints
Requirements:
- 3+ years in web/digital project management (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI, web platforms (e.g. WordPress/Webflow)
- Ability to review and improve marketing content
- Detail-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with or learning AI tools and automation workflows
