Job Title: Web Development Project Manager
Location: Fully Remote, Philippines
Salary: $4.00 - $8.00 per hour based on experience

Job Description
As a Web Development Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of web projects—from scope definition to launch—ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, driving clear communication, structured execution, and strong delivery discipline.
Requirements
- Has completed software/web development projects end-to-end.
- Proficient with Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Familiar with Atlassian (Jira and Confluence).
- Willing to work flexible hours to support overlap across IST and EST office hours.
- Comfortable coordinating across technical teams and translating requirements into actionable work.
- Strong communication: clear updates, crisp documentation, confident facilitation of meetings.
Preferences
- Has 3+ years of experience in the IT / software development industry.
- Has a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and implementation: define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports; track progress and manage risks/issues.
- Run Agile ceremonies (planning, standups, grooming, retros) and keep the team unblocked and moving.
- Build and maintain Jira epics/stories/tasks, enforce clean workflows, and ensure acceptance criteria/DoD are met.
- Organize stakeholder meetings and provide clear, consistent project updates.
- Maintain complete project documentation, including post-project reviews and learnings.

- Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.
- Must be comfortable with using a time-tracking software for payroll purposes.
- Must be willing to undergo a background verification check during the final stages of the hiring process.
Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:
- A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
- A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
- A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
- Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
- Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
