Role Description

This is a contract-based, remote Web Developer role. The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end website functionalities to support WeTuft's digital presence. Responsibilities include creating user-friendly web designs, developing responsive web interfaces, managing web application logic and server interactions, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure seamless online experiences for our users. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align web development with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
• Proven expertise in Back-End Web Development, including server-side programming and database management
• A strong foundation in general Web Development and Web Design principles
• Excellent Programming skills and the ability to write clean, scalable code
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Experience with e-commerce or digital workshop platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
