Job Description

Develop and maintain websites, including writing/reviewing code, debugging, and creating mobile-responsive designs.
Conduct regular website testing to ensure quality standards and seamless user journeys.
Provide technical support and respond promptly to web-related inquiries.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, collaborating with the development team to deliver effective solutions.
Document issues, processes, and resolutions; prepare user-friendly guides for clients and internal teams.
Participate in QA processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Perform other related tasks as needed.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
Experience in web design/development and custom coding.
Knowledge of web application functionality, security, session management, and best development practices.
Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, SEO, and Google Analytics is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and master new web technologies.
