Senior Website Developer (WordPress & Claude).

Employment Type: Full-time.

Experience Level: 7-8 years.

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 09:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST.

Language Requirement: B2+ (Conversational).

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.

Modality: On-site.

Role Overview.

The Senior Website Developer oversees the daily operation, infrastructure, and development of company websites. This role ensures the technical implementation of new websites, web pages, and interactive forms within WordPress environments.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong collaboration skills to execute high-quality web solutions, optimize performance, and integrate websites with key digital systems.

Key Responsibilities.

Technical Implementation

Set up, develop, and maintain websites and web content in WordPress.
Collaborate closely with design and content teams to bring concepts to life through efficient development.

Integration Management

Manage integrations with platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, and other systems.
Ensure seamless interaction between websites and digital tools to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Content & Feature Management

Lead projects related to updating website content, features, and functionality.
Partner with marketing teams and stakeholders to deliver tailored web solutions aligned with business objectives.

Performance Optimization

Monitor and improve website performance, including loading speed and responsiveness.
Implement best practices to enhance user experience and efficiency.

Cross-Browser & Device Compatibility

Ensure websites function properly across different browsers and devices.
Test and optimize for responsive design across multiple screen sizes.

Server & Website Maintenance

Manage web servers (experience with LiquidWeb is a plus).
Handle WordPress and PHP updates, troubleshoot issues, and resolve server-related challenges (e.g., memory issues).

Requirements.

Must Have:

7-8 years of experience as a website developer using WordPress, Webflow, AI tools.
Strong experience with Elementor Pro, including a portfolio of recent projects.
Experience building and maintaining websites using AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Google Stitch).
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL (any of them).
Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and web design principles.
Familiarity with SEO and web analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics).
Experience with marketing and automation tools such as Marketo and HubSpot.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and QA skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
