Job Description

The Web Designer/Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining The Aivee Group's website to ensure it reflects the brand's premium aesthetic, innovation, and client-centered values. This role combines creativity and technical expertise to deliver a seamless, responsive, and visually refined digital platform that enhances user experience and supports the organization's marketing and business objectives.

  • Lead the end-to-end redesign, development, and maintenance of The Aivee Group's official website.
  • Translate the brand's identity and marketing direction into a visually appealing and user-friendly website experience.
  • Ensure all web pages are responsive, SEO-optimized, and fast-loading across all devices and browsers.
  • Implement and maintain integrations with analytics, CRM, forms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Update and manage website content, visuals, and technical elements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align website visuals, tone, and hierarchy with ongoing campaigns.
  • Propose and apply design and usability improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website-related issues to ensure optimal site performance and uptime.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, data privacy standards, and company policies.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Employment Type:Project-based for three (3) months; may be considered for full-time employment based on performance and project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in website design and development.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing high-end or luxury brand websites.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, web accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Excellent eye for detail, layout, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage timelines and deliver projects efficiently.
