Web Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end websites using no-code or low-code platforms (e.g., Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, etc.).
• Ensure visual consistency with brand identity, collaborating closely with the company's point person and marketing team.
• Apply UI/UX best practices to enhance user journeys and site usability.
• Create visually appealing layouts, graphics, and interactive elements that align with brand standards.
• Continuously optimize website design for performance and responsiveness across devices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in website design and development (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in no-code/low-code tools such as Webflow, Wix, or similar.
• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and modern web design trends.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage end-to-end design processes.
• A strong understanding of fundamentals like typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience with tools for creating mockups and prototypes, such as Figma or Mock Plus, is beneficial.

Nice to Haves:

Utilize basic web coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, or JavaScript) for customization and functionality refinement.

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies.
