Job Description
Lead the design, build, and launch of high-fidelity, responsive websites and landing pages using Framer.
Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into fully functional, pixel-perfect Framer sites.
Implement advanced interactions, effects, and animations within Framer to create engaging user experiences.
Ensure all web builds are rigorously optimized for performance, page speed, responsiveness, and SEO.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, working independently to move from concept to launch.
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and client-facing teams to ensure the final product meets all strategic goals.
Maintain and update existing Framer sites, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Qualification
Must-Haves:
A high-quality, professional portfolio demonstrating live examples of sophisticated websites built in Framer.
2+ years of professional web design experience.
Expert-level proficiency in Framer, including component-building, interactions, and responsive design.
Strong proficiency in Figma and a proven workflow for translating Figma designs into Framer.
A strong foundation in web design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and responsive/adaptive design.
A solid understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with WordPress development or management.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript for custom code overrides.
Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
Experience with technical SEO implementation.
