Web Designer (Data-informed and Mobile-First)

Growth Rocket is looking for a strong, Mobile-first Web Designer to be a part of our pioneering dedicated services unit. As a Web Designer in Growth Rocket, you are expected to be exposed to emerging trends in Mobile-first conversion-centric web and application design. The designs you produce should drive dollar-measurable value to the company and our clients in the form of lead capture and E-Commerce transactions.

The range of assets you will be designing as a Web Designer would encompass landing pages and mini-sites to full-blown screens for web and mobile applications.

For this particular role, we are looking for a designer who has had experience designing for conversion-centric E-Commerce sites. This means that not only should you be competent in producing modern and engaging pages and applications, but also be interested in learning about the data your designs are able to influence.

As a data-informed company, Growth Rocket is big on testing and iteration. This means that you will find yourself collaborating heavily with multi-disciplinary teams to produce designs that drive the best possible outcomes for Growth Rocket and our clients.

• Create wireframes as part of the preliminary brainstorming process with stakeholders within Growth Rocket and its clients.
• Iterate on submitted designs based on feedback from stakeholders or preliminary data tracked
• Create high-fidelity designs in Figma or the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collect, discuss, act and iterate based on feedback provided by stakeholders and team members
• Work with project management and engineering teams to translate your vision from design to front-end code
• Work with the data and marketing teams to measure conversion data of all deployed assets and collaborate with the team to suggest possible iterations.
• Lead A/B and Multi-variate testing initiatives to persistently seek improvements in Key Result Areas influenced by your designs
