Web Content Specialist

Position Summary

The Web Content Administrator for the Tenet Strategic Marketing Group (TSMG) will be assisting in efficiently maintaining an essential element of the patient experience: a mobile-first website and related online resources for each of Tenet's hospital brands in the area of front - end development and content or graphics support.

This role will support approximately 40+ large hospital/health care system websites totaling 15,000 web pages including TPR (The Physician Resources websites streamlined to 50 assets) and many related online tools. This person will report to our Web Content Lead.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Front-End Web Development

• Apply new or updated content to websites and landing pages (using the Sitefinity CMS platform)
• Apply code for tracking capabilities, such as UTMs for URLs , and configure related reporting

SEO and Compliance

• Ensure all web properties maintain the highest standards of quality, ethics, and legal compliance (including HIPAA and American Disabilities Act)
• Apply SEO best practices are applied to every content update, from content to coding
• Assist with technical/back-end solutions to optimize websites for performance and SEO

Web Optimization

• Provide content editing and graphic design support to efficiently improve deliverables
• Recommend solutions for creating a convenient and enjoyable mobile-first user experience

Qualifications:

• Understanding of HTML, CSS
• Understanding of best practices in front-end development for UX, SEO and Web analytics
• Great Communication Skills
• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience

Working Conditions:

• Night-shift (9pm-3am)
• Full WFH Setup
• Fixed Weekends Off
