Web Content Specialist

You will help coordinate content and translation, support website maintenance activities, and provide web analytics and reporting through your skills and expertise. For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in web programming, support, and administration.
• Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Content Management System.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Develop and execute digital products by building web solutions that drive business growth, involving AEM to craft pages and features.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure content fits with broader goals, such as aligning product pages with campaigns.
• Manage content within a CMS (specifically AEM) by creating, updating, and organizing text, images, and technical documents.
• Monitor performance metrics such as page views, bounce rates, and conversion rates to gauge success.
• Participate in web-related development projects by contributing ideas or testing new features.
• Ensure global content availability through localization (e.g., translations) and uptime reliability across regions.
• Oversee publishing activities by scheduling and approving web pages for release.
• Innovate by testing new technologies to keep the team's skills sharp.
