Duties and Responsibilities
Prioritizing feature roadmap
Co-creating experiencesfor web channels
Drive CX enhancements resulting into funnel performance improvement
Understanding business priorities and context and acting as the single point of contact for channel-related discussions
Competencies
Product Execution:feature specification,product delivery, product quality
Customer Insight:fluency with data, voice of the customer,user experience design
Product Strategy:business outcome ownership, product vision and roadmapping, strategic impact.
Influencing People:stakeholder management, team leadership
Requirements
Withproven 5 years of experience as a Product Owner,leading product initiatives,business development, user experience design, or a related area.
Must be a graduate of a business or IT course
