You'll be working as part of the Wealth Planning Relationship Management team in Advisory & Sales. We actively support Client Advisors in client meetings, presentations and after-sales activities relating to asset ownership and structuring. We follow political, tax and economic developments in specific countries and apply this knowledge to client situations whilst ensuring that our wealth planning business continues meeting the bank's general and wealth planning specific standards and policies.

- performing relationship management services for trust structures including to conduct periodic trust review for trust structures
- helping answer queries from markets and clients
- supporting client interactions and ongoing service needs
- identifying and implement improvements to trust structures, processes, and client experience
- supporting UBS Trustees and act as key liaison with stakeholders and clients
You'll be working as part of the Wealth Planning Relationship Management team in Advisory & Sales. We actively support Client Advisors in client meetings, presentations and after-sales activities relating to asset ownership and structuring. We follow political, tax and economic developments in specific countries and apply this knowledge to client situations whilst ensuring that our wealth planning business continues meeting the bank's general and wealth planning specific standards and policies.
Your Skills And Experience
- degree in Finance, accountancy, business or law
- 5 - 10 years of relevant client facing experience working in a trust company or bank
- excellent attention to detail
- strong analytical and problem solving skills
- strongly committed to the highest professional standards
- highly organized, able to multi-task, work both independently and in a team setting
- adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- you're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
