Job Summary
This position is primarily responsible for supporting the requirements of the wealth planning business of BPI Wealth, which include individual trusts and estate planning, PMTs, family office, and other individual matters.

This position is primarily responsible for supporting the requirements of the wealth planning business of BPI Wealth, which include individual trusts and estate planning, PMTs, family office, and other individual matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for meeting clients to discuss estate planning, trust structures and agreements, administrative agency services, and other client queries or concerns. Preparing the recommended wealth plan or structure and coordinating with the other teams to implement the same. Preparing proposals, recommendations, computations, reports, as may be required. Logging information in the system or database as may be required. Drafting and monitoring of personal management trusts including those with additional services such as those with standing instructions, property administratorship, etc. Accessing scanned copies of the contracts and client records to provide continued support and assistance in monitoring and maintaining the individual trust accounts. Providing legal advisory services to clients, drafting of agreements, family constitution, and other documents required to implement the client families estate plans. Assisting in the preparation of the necessary manuals, process flow guidelines, etc. Handling and providing guidance on deceased account matters. Creating materials and organizing teaching events for our internal and external clients. Engaging with clients to promote estate planning and provide estate planning assistance. Resolving legal issues involving individual clients. Supporting the sales team on all calls and client meetings where estate planning advice or other legal advice is required.
- Laws, regulations, and industry practices relating to trust products, estate planning tools, and other administrative agency services experience.
- Ability to independently manage legal research, drafting, documentation, and client matters, while appropriate judgment in the escalation of complex issues
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills with keen attention to detail
