Job Description

Job Summary:
Reporting to Head of Fiduciary Services, the incumbent will support the Group in developing new business and delivering excellence in wealth planning and fiduciary services.

Job Responsibilities:

Internal:

  • Develop aninternal network by partnering up with our internal stakeholders for a moreholistic solution approach in estate & legacy planning
  • Meet prospects /clients / colleagues to introduce wealth planning solutions for potential crossselling opportunity
  • Resolve complex enquiries on fiduciary / insurance related matters to ensure clients satisfaction
  • Organize workshop/ seminar / training to internal stakeholders advising of any latest landscape change / tax implication / regulation alternation etc. for educational purpose
  • Produce and update material from time to time serving as the centralized source of knowledge base in estate & legacy planning

External:

  • Explore business potential of our Fiduciary Services & other offerings in the Group by reaching out 3rd parties for business collaboration externally
  • Deploy wealth planning tools to generate new business in fiduciary structure / corporate services in compliance with applicable laws / regulations / internal guidelines
  • Promote wealth planning branding of the Group in all areas ensuring Connect

Financial:

  • Assist in achieving the revenue target on fiduciary services / corporate services set out from time to time
  • Explore cross selling opportunity in other offerings in the Group to supplement the achievement of revenue target
  • Formulate sales strategy to optimize the sales capacity and efficiency
  • Expand various distribution channels primarily in Singapore and also regionally to broaden its exposure in order to achieve the sales target
  • Enhance product range to cater for ever-changing complex wealth planning needs
  • Help and review existing clients on on-going basis for relationship maintenance and possible upselling opportunity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline. Relevant professional qualifications in trust, estate planning, or wealth management (e.g. STEP, CTP, CFP) are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 - 10 years experience in wealth planning, fiduciary services, trust or corporate services, with a proven track record in business development and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of estate & legacy planning, fiduciary structures, and the Singapore regulatory environment (MAS) governing trust and corporate services regional regulatory knowledge is an advantage.
  • Established network of intermediaries, referral partners and/or high-net-worth clients across Singapore and the region.
  • Strong business development, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a distinct advantage given the Group's cross-border and EAM client base.
