Novel Capital, Inc. is looking for an experienced Wealth Management Relationship Manager to join our growing team.

What you'll do:

• Build and grow a pipeline of prospective high-net-worth clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding clients financial goals and recommending tailored investment solutions.
• Promote a range of wealth management products, including fixed income investments, onshore and offshore funds, and offshore private banking solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including KYC and account opening requirements.
• Contribute to the achievement of annual Assets Under Management (AUM) growth targets.
• Provide regular updates on lead generation, client onboarding, and business development activities.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 7–10 years of front-line wealth management experience
• Established network or book of high-net-worth clients
• Experience in financial advisory, investment products, and relationship management
• CFA or other finance-related certifications are an advantage
• International wealth management exposure is a plus
