We are hiring a Wayfinding Strategist for iSupport Worldwide to focus on planning and strategy for signage systems within built environments. This role is ideal for someone who specializes in spatial thinking, user flow, and signage logic, rather than visual design execution.
This is a non-design role focused purely on wayfinding strategy and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive wayfinding strategies aligned with project requirements and user experience principles
- Plan and map signage locations across various environments
- Create detailed wayfinding location plans with clear placement and hierarchy of signage
- Produce accurate message schedules and bill of quantities
- Analyze spatial layouts, user journeys, and traffic flow to optimize navigation systems
- Collaborate with design and documentation teams while maintaining focus on planning scope
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in wayfinding planning, signage strategy, or environmental graphic planning
- Strong understanding of spatial navigation, user flow, and signage systems
- Experience creating sign location plans, message schedules, and bill of quantities
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and layouts
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in large-scale commercial, retail, hotel, or mixed-use projects
- Background in architecture, interior design, urban planning, or environmental graphics

- No graphic design or technical production work is required
