Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional technical repairs and servicing of watches in accordance with established quality and service standards.
- Perform thorough technical evaluations to diagnose necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Execute precise quality control inspections to ensure optimal functionality and craftsmanship.
- Maintain accountability for the quality and accuracy of all repaired and serviced timepieces.
- Expertly polish watch cases and bracelets to restore and maintain their aesthetic appeal.
- Carry out necessary technical interventions as agreed upon with customers, including component replacements, maintenance servicing, complete overhauls, and other required repairs.
- Maintain and manage technical documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping and resolution of technical issues.
