Warranty Specialist

The Warranty Operations Representative is responsible for processing dealer warranty claims of Hyundai Truck and Bus, Chevrolet, and Volvo.

About the opportunity

1. Check and gather all VINs reported by Dealers.
2. Monitoring and follow-up on unregistered VIN.
3. Submit MRDS to GWMS
4. Review and Process PC Warranty Claims in GWMS
5. Conduct actual parts evaluation/ inspection to dealer
6. Conduct Dealer Warranty Operation Review(WOR)
7. Monitoring and Coordination for PDI Warranty Claims
8. Conduct actual parts evaluation/ inspection on PDI claims
9. Creation and Monitoring of ACM Payment to Dealers
10. Monitoring and follow-up on the Seatbelt Campaign for PUJ
11. Regular calls and Update of Warranty Concerns
12. Monitoring of Suppliers Warranty Concerns
13. Check the count of remaining service passports
14. Request for Service Passport to SMD
15. Checkthe dealer for an over 90 days warranty on parts
16. Process Dealer Disposal Request

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably in Automotive Technology

2. With at least 2 years of experience in the Automotive Industry

3. Experience Warranty department is a huge plus

4. Willing to work on-site in Makati City
