Job Description

ACMobility is looking for a Warranty Analyst to support the effective administration and processing of warranty claims within KP Motors Corporation's Aftersales Department. The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of warranty claims while maintaining efficient processing timelines. By coordinating closely with dealers, internal stakeholders, and service teams, the position contributes to dealer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of warranty processes.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Review warranty claims submitted by dealers to ensure compliance with policies, accuracy, and completeness of supporting documents
  • Process approved warranty claims and initiate payment requests within established lead times
  • Monitor and maintain warranty approval rates and reimbursement timelines in line with targets
  • Respond to dealer inquiries related to warranty policies, procedures, and claim status
  • Provide guidance and support to dealers to improve claim quality and approval rates
  • Collect, organize, and analyze warranty data to support process reviews and improvement initiatives
  • Identify trends such as top claims, labor rate variations, and claim volumes to support decision‑making
  • Develop and facilitate training materials and sessions for warranty processors and dealer personnel
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Planning, Parts, Logistics, and Aftersales personnel to resolve claim issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to warranty claims and processing activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in warranty analysis or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including vehicle mechanics and electronics
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data and documentation
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Customer‑oriented with the ability to provide guidance and support to dealers
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
