Your Role, Your Impact
Responsible for the efficient handling, monitoring, and documentation of all OSM (Owner-Supplied Materials and Equipment) to ensure proper storage, transfer, and quality control within the project site.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing OSM materials and equipment.
- Coordinate the transfer and delivery of OSM materials and equipment to designated locations or project sites.
- Prepare and present regular inventory and status reports of OSM materials and equipment.
- Track and update the status of materials and equipment that have been transferred and those pending transfer.
- Inspect and ensure the quality and condition of all materials and equipment received and stored.
- Sort, organize, and properly store materials and equipment to maintain an orderly warehouse.
- Ensure proper documentation (e.g., delivery receipts, transfer logs, inventory sheets).
- Assist in periodic inventory counting and reconciliation.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor immediately.
Who We're Looking For
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Board Exam not required).
- Experience in warehouse operations, construction materials, or equipment handling is an advantage.
- Knowledge in inventory systems, equipment tracking, and basic reporting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Open to a project-based employment
