Job Description
College graduate (any related course preferred)
At least 1year relevant experience in warehousing or inventory management
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Roles and Responsibilities
Acts as the overall supply chain management plant representative during night shift operation.
Ensures the compliance with the WMS implementation.
Receiving and Inspecting - unloading incoming production output, verifying quantities, and checking for damages or defects.
Storage and Organization - sorting, labeling, and placing items in designated storage areas, maintaining a neat and organized warehouse layout.
Order Fulfillment - picking, packing, and preparing orders for labelling and shipment according to customer specifications, in close coordination with labeling and shipping operation re: order prioritization.
Inventory Management - tracking inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and reporting any discrepancies.
Equipment Operation - operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and another warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Safety and Maintenance - maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring proper disposal of materials.
Shipping and Delivery prestaging of products of all outgoing shipments.
Record Keeping - maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant data.
